By purchasing the AI Consulting Business Opportunity from SYRE LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Business Opportunity Disclosure Document.

2. Product Description

The AI Consulting Business Opportunity includes: proprietary training materials, templates, client acquisition systems, marketing resources, ongoing support, and territory rights (depending on tier selected). All materials are provided in digital format.

3. Ownership and Licensing

All training materials, frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems remain the property of SYRE LLC. You receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your consulting business within your selected territory.

4. Your Responsibilities

Conduct your business legally and ethically
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws
Not use materials for illegal purposes
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Not resell or redistribute training materials
Honor territory restrictions (if applicable)

5. Limitation of Liability

SYRE LLC is not responsible for your business success or failure. We provide training and support, but your results depend on your effort and other factors beyond our control.

6. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about income, success, or any specific financial results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
